TFI were appointed by our client’s architect to fully convert a 4 floor Victorian home. The finished project provided the client with a high-spec, high aesthetic forever home.
The Refurbishment
We undertook structural and external landscaping alterations, superstructure modifications and modernisation, the full overhaul of mechanical and electrical services, bespoke glazing & joinery, and providing luxury floor and wall finishes throughout.
The Challenges
Working within local planning and building control constraints to ensure adherence to all regulations. Additionally, the programme management of working with the procurement and installation of many bespoke fixtures, fittings and finishes.
