An office concept realised
As part of a major refurbishment at the Grant Thornton building, we were asked by their international division to refurbish a floor and move them back in.
The refurbishment
We were tasked with stripping out the 1st floor amounting to 8,000 sq ft and adding supplementary air conditioning, reconfiguring the electrics and life support systems.
We then helped the client space plan with a combination of open plan desking, high end offices and bespoke joinery.
The Challenges
The client had a tight budget and timescale. As such all works were conducted on an agreed open book policy.
