The site was initially a set of garages, which were unused and run-down. It was acquired in 2016 and these garages were later knocked down to allow the design, build and furnishing of seven houses, each with parking facilities on the ground level.
The project required the design, fit out and finishing of the properties, which included installing kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms and an outdoor terrace in each property, all to the highest standard. Our brief was to develop spaces which were modern, long-lasting, and ergonomically inspired, in order to allow tenants to feel comfortable and at home within the development. We were also required to fit electric gates at the front of the property, which worked to prevent car theft and damage, offering potential tenants increased security throughout.
We faced numerous issues from conforming to local planning laws to maintaining a good relationship with neighbouring residents.
